A message from the administrator

I feel privileged to have joined the team at Amberwoods of Farmington where compassionate, professional and skilled staff serve our patients and residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Our 130-bed skilled Nursing Facility proudly offers our patients, residents, and families the quality of life they deserve during their recovery on our Short Term Rehabilitation Unit, or their home on our Long Term Care Unit.

Amberwoods strives to be the provider of choice in the Central Connecticut area, providing exceptional rehabilitation and nursing care.

We are always here to answer any of your questions, and help guide you through the process of placing your loved one in our facility for either short term, long term, respite or hospice care.

Amberwoods of Farmington is a 130 bed skilled nursing facility specializing in post-hospitalization short-term recovery.

Our short term unit offers private rooms with private baths, flat screen televisions and in-room phone service. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy up to 7 days a week.

Willow Way is our Specialized Secured Memory Care Unit with dementia trained staff.

Amberwoods of Farmington also provides care to our Veterans. Our facility has a VA contract, which means we can take care of our Veterans for Short Term or Long Term Care.
